In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged item within your order, please contact customer services with your order details and a full description of the damage. We will also require images that clearly display what damage has occurred.

In the case of damaged items, we can either offer a refund for your damaged item, a replacement or another item of your choice of equal value.
